These terms govern your use of the PAIR landing page and waitlist (pair.careers). They are intentionally short. Once we open early access we will publish a separate, longer set of terms for the product itself.
1. What this site is
pair.careers is a marketing site and waitlist for an upcoming AI HR platform. The platform itself is not yet generally available; nothing on this page constitutes a binding offer to provide a service.
2. Joining the waitlist
By submitting your email you confirm that the address belongs to you and that you consent to receive product-update emails from PAIR. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@pair.careers — we will delete your record promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt, scrape, or attack the site. Don't submit data that isn't your own. Don't impersonate someone else. Automated submissions are blocked and abusers may be banned at our discretion.
4. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAIR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you reside in applies where applicable. Place of jurisdiction for B2B disputes is Vienna, Austria.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the lastUpdated date at the top reflects the version in force. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
