PAIR takes data protection seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
PAIR (Pradeep Kumar, Austria) operates this website and is the controller of personal data processed in connection with it. Contact: privacy@pair.careers.
2. What we collect on this landing page
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, the language you used (en or de), the source (always 'landing'), and a timestamp. We do not store your IP address or browser fingerprint. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party trackers on this page. A single technical preference (your selected language) is kept in your browser via localStorage; nothing is sent back to us.
3. Why we process this data
We use your email solely to send you product updates about PAIR and notify you when early access opens. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submitted the form.
4. Who receives the data
Hetzner Online GmbH (Falkenstein, Germany) hosts our infrastructure inside the EU. If transactional email is enabled, we use Resend Inc. (US/EU) to send the confirmation message; data transfer is governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
5. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist is closed and the data is no longer needed, whichever comes first. After deletion, traces remain only in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it ("right to be forgotten"), receive it in a portable format, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). To exercise any of these rights email privacy@pair.careers — we respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and, where the change is material, notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
